The Beedie Luminaries Scholarship is for students with potential who are facing financial and other life adversities. Students who are smart, but constrained by circumstance. Students who are resilient and gritty. Students who are ready to make a positive change in their lives.
We offer five comprehensive programs that support Grade 12 students, single parents, refugee and immigrants, graduate students, and aspiring tradespeople in their pursuit of further education.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Up to $44,000 per student / 4-year undergraduate degree or $22,000 per student / 2-year college diploma/certificate or trade-school foundation programs for promising Grade 12 students in British Columbia.

With up to $20,000 in funding, the BUILD Program supports tradespeople on their journey to Red Seal Certification in carpentry, electrical (construction), plumbing, welding, and sheet metal.

Up to $44,000 per full-time student / $11,000 per year up to 4-years of funding or $33,000 per part-time student / $5,500 per year up to 6-years of funding for refugees and immigrants who are looking to pursue post-secondary education, as a platform for them to rebuild their lives in Canada.
