Ryan Drew (BA Honours, MA TESOL, TESL Certificate, Essential Skills Practitioner Certificate, CLB Expert) has been with S.U.C.C.E.S.S. since 1999 and currently serves as the organization’s Chief Program Officer. Over more than 25 years, Ryan has held a variety of leadership and frontline positions, including Language Instructor, Best Practices Coordinator, Regional Manager, Program Director, and Director of Integrated Services for Newcomers.
In her current role, Ryan provides strategic leadership for a broad portfolio of programs and services that support newcomers, seniors, youth, families, entrepreneurs, and vulnerable populations. She also oversees S.U.C.C.E.S.S.’s growing Affordable Housing portfolio, helping to advance the organization’s commitment to creating inclusive, sustainable communities and housing solutions.
Beyond her work at S.U.C.C.E.S.S., Ryan serves as President of AMSSA (Affiliation of Multicultural Societies and Service Agencies of BC), where she contributes to advancing immigrant settlement, integration, and inclusion across British Columbia.
Ryan is passionate about building strong communities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services that help individuals and families thrive throughout their Canadian journey.
