Each year, the Beedie Luminaries community comes together to recognize the remarkable achievements, leadership, and resilience of our scholarship recipients. The Annual Recognition Awards celebrate students who embody our values of resilience, curiosity, and community – whether through academic excellence, peer-to-peer mentorship, or active engagement.

The Founder’s Award is presented to the top academic student in each cohort (SHINE) or program (SPARK & RISE) per academic year. Congratulations to the following 7 recipients:
The Program Ambassador Award is presented to a student in each program who has shown initiative and active participation in Beedie Luminaries events, and has contributed in a meaningful way to the Beedie Luminaries community. This is a student who shines especially bright by representing the Beedie Luminaries community through actions and activities which align with Beedie Luminaries values.
The Academic Recognition Awards are presented to following outstanding students in each cohort per academic year who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 4.0 or greater, and/or a converted percentage grade of 90% or greater, at their post-secondary institution:
