Jenn Alberts, ICD.D, oversees corporate strategy and investments for her family’s companies and administers the McEwen Family Charitable Trust, a private foundation that funds scholarships, community well-being, and opportunities for people facing significant barriers. Working with her father, Dr. James McEwen, and her brother Jeff, the family business includes Delfi Medical Innovations Inc. in Vancouver, which deploys Dr. McEwen’s medical technology in children’s hospitals, surgical centres, professional sports programs, and rehabilitation clinics worldwide.
Jenn also volunteers with the Vancouver Island Amateur Hockey Association, progressing community programming and access for all children and youth. She lives in Victoria with her husband of thirty years and their five children. She is honoured to serve on the Beedie Luminaries SHINE Selection Committee and is committed to connecting students facing financial and personal adversity with funding and support towards post-secondary education.
