SHEILA MUINGA

At BCIT, Sheila Muinga is a Registration Specialist responsible for liaising between students and sponsors, coordinating the Student Services departments within the Registrar’s office and oversees the enrolment of BCIT employees. Sheila has a background in tourism and hospitality and has worked in hotels under the Accor and Marriott brands in Asia and the Middle East.
With over five years of experience providing exceptional services in the hospitality and education industries, Sheila has an underlying passion for service and empowering young people to adapt and thrive in a complex and fast-changing world.

Sheila earned her MBA in International Hotel and Tourism Management from Vatel International Business School in France, received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Resort Management from SUNY College of Technology in the United States and is currently undertaking studies in Nonprofit Management.
