Our Mentorship Program connects students with experienced professionals in their field of study who offer guidance, encouragement, and insight into career and life decisions.
These meaningful relationships help students build confidence, expand their networks, and feel supported through their post-secondary journey.

Each student is paired with a dedicated Student Success Manager who provides personalized, one-on-one support throughout the program. From navigating academic challenges to setting goals, they’re here to help students stay on track and thrive.
Students Supporting Students
Through the REAL Program, Luminaries are provided with peer-to-support. This unique programs allows students to connect with other recipients to share experiences, exchange advice, and build a sense of community. It’s a space for encouragement, collaboration, and growing together.
