Hala brings over 15 years of dedicated post-secondary support to the Beedie Luminary program. Her extensive experience includes guiding students through campus life, from navigating enrolment services, and understanding student loans, to career planning, and even finding the best coffee shops. With a strong passion for promoting financial literacy and budgeting, Hala enjoys crafting personalized financial plans that empower students throughout their academic journey and beyond.
Hala holds a B.A. in Family Studies/Sociology from UBC and a Master of Urban Studies (M.Urb) from SFU. In her free time, she enjoys running, cycling, and coaching boxing.
